  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Orders are not processed, fulfilled, or shipped on weekends or holidays

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location, item availability, and supplier

  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–30 business days after processing

  • Some items may arrive in separate packages due to different supplier locations

Note: Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to supplier backorders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50

  • For orders under $50, shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout


🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

  • If your order includes multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs

Fox Babe Co. Return & Cancellation Policy

We’re all about helping you look and feel foxy. Because our products are dropshipped and made-to-order, all sales are final. However, in rare, special cases, we may offer store credit only if the item meets return eligibility and your request is approved.


🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, for store credit only, and only if approved by our team.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging

  • Items must be in resellable condition

  • You must provide your order number and the email address used at checkout

We do not accept returns due to sizing mistakes made by the customer.
Please check the product size chart carefully before placing your order.


✔️ When We Do Accept Returns

While all sales are final, we may approve a return for store credit under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size (different from what you ordered)

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The item has a clear manufacturer flaw outside your control

Requests that do not meet these criteria will not be approved.

If your return is approved, we’ll send:

  • Instructions and the correct return address

Important: Do not return items to the supplier or the return address on your package. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges

  • Approved returns will receive store credit via a digital Fox Babe Co. gift card

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used for future orders

  • Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving your item

Please note: Items purchased using store credit are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or additional store credit


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Swimwear, lingerie, or bodysuits

  • Beauty and personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items marked as final sale


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@FoxBabeCo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If the issue is confirmed and qualifies, we’ll make it right.


🛑 Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: Eligible for a full refund

  • After 24 hours but before shipping: A 15% restocking fee applies

  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled
