🛍 What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on eligible full-price items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) must be attached

Items must be returned in original packaging (if possible)

A proof of purchase or order number is required

💳 Refunds & Store Credit
We offer store credit in the form of a Fox Babe Co. digital gift card, which never expires and can be used anytime toward future purchases.
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover processing and restocking costs.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for any returns lost in transit.
🔁 Need a Different Size?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
Simply initiate a return for the item you no longer want and place a new order for the correct size or item — this ensures the fastest service and availability.
